We want you to focus on learning rather than “getting through” an assignment. This means that incorrect answers may lead to Just In Time (JIT) remediation, which helps you work to fill in gaps in knowledge that will guide you to do better on your assignments overall.

The progress bar moves according to how you are advancing towards mastery of the different learning objectives included in an assignment. If you’re completing JIT remediation, your progress bar may appear to be “stuck,” but don’t worry, this is a normal representation of your performance. If the progress bar moves backwards, this means you are struggling on an assignment. This could mean you’ve answered a number of questions incorrectly in a row and we’ve determined that you’ll likely need to spend a little more time on your assignment in order to really understand it and move forward in your course.
