While you cannot move the location of our customer support chat icon lives on your browser screen or delete it completely, you can manage it to suit your needs!

To minimize the chat box after you’ve clicked on the chat icon or started a conversation, simply click the x in the lower right-hand corner. Don’t worry if you’re in the middle of a conversation with our support team - your conversation will continue in the box and alert you when you have a new reply!

If your chat icon is blocking something you need to use on your screen, try adjusting the size of your browser window to move the icon out of the way.
