While you cannot change the location of where our customer support chat icon lives on your browser screen or delete it completely, you can manage it to suit your needs!

To minimize the chat box after you’ve clicked on the chat icon or started a conversation, simply click the _ in the upper right-hand corner. This will keep open any ongoing chat but minimize the window. You will be notified if there are new messages.

If you wish to end the chat, click the x icon on the top right.

If your chat icon is blocking something you need to use on your screen, try adjusting the size of your browser window to move the icon out of the way.
